Privacy Policy
This policy is published by Trajectory Changing Solutions, which does business as Peace Portal Hub. Both names refer to the same company, and it operates the software described below.
Peace Portal Hub is case-management software published by Trajectory Changing Solutions, a company doing business as Peace Portal Hub. It is used by community violence intervention and victim-services organizations to record their work with the people they serve. This policy explains what the software collects, who can see it, and what Trajectory Changing Solutions never does with it.
Mobile numbers are never shared.
Trajectory Changing Solutions does not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described below, and are passed only to the telecommunications provider that carries them.
Who is responsible for the information
Each organization using Peace Portal Hub controls the records it creates. Trajectory Changing Solutions operates the software on their behalf and does not use those records for any purpose of its own. Organizations cannot see each other's records.
What the software holds
- Contact and identifying details of participants, entered by staff.
- Records of the work done with them: notes, plans, appointments, referrals, assessments and documents.
- Messages exchanged between a participant and the staff assigned to them.
- Staff account details, and a log of who viewed or changed what.
Text messages
What we send
Appointment reminders, and only to people who have said yes. A participant's worker records that consent in the software, together with who took it and when. Nobody is enrolled automatically.
How often
Message frequency varies by how many appointments a person has. In practice this is a small number of messages per month — typically fewer than four, and only when an appointment is coming up. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
What a message contains
Deliberately very little. A reminder gives the date and time, the first name of the person the appointment is with, and how to stop the messages. It does not include the recipient's name, the reason for the appointment, an address, or the name of any program, because a text can be read by whoever is holding the phone.
Cost and stopping them
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact the organization working with you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email addresses are used to send account invitations, password resets, and notices about the service. They are not used for marketing and are not shared.
Who can see a participant's record
- The staff assigned to work with that person.
- Their supervisors and organization leadership, who are accountable for the work.
- The participant themselves, through their own portal — where they see their goals, appointments, messages and documents they uploaded, and nothing written about them by others.
Trajectory Changing Solutions support staff can be granted temporary access by an organization to help with a problem. That access is time-limited, requires a reason, and every record opened is written to that organization's own audit log.
How long it is kept
Records are kept for as long as the organization needs them to deliver services and to meet its funding, legal and record-keeping obligations, and are deleted or returned when that organization stops using the software.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and every view and change of a participant record is logged. No system is perfect; we do not claim otherwise.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information held about you, contact the organization working with you — they control those records. If you cannot reach them, write to Trajectory Changing Solutions at support@peaceportalhub.net and we will help you find them.
Who publishes this policy

Children
Some organizations work with people under 18. Where the law requires it, a parent or guardian must consent before services begin, and the software enforces that by state.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, organizations using the software will be told before it takes effect.
